At Ellenbrook Christian College, it is our desire to see students excited about learning and to thrive within an educational environment. It is important to us that students commit to this life-long process and take ownership of their achievements. To this end, we aim to engage students by making the purpose of learning explicit and by articulating clear guidelines to success.

Of equal importance is to see students develop their personal and interpersonal skills, spiritual attitudes and values. As students move through primary, they are encouraged to demonstrate greater independence, both academically and socially. It is our desire that all students demonstrate strength of character and resilience as they face day-to-day challenges.

The aim of the curriculum undertaken within the Primary School is to provide quality educational programs suited to the developmental learning needs of the children. The College is committed to providing learning environments that are challenging and engaging, which equip students for life.

The curriculum is developed within key learning areas in line with the Western Australian Curriculum and Assessment Outline (incorporating the Australian Curriculum), with access to specialist teachers in Music, Health and Physical Education, French (LOTE) and, Information and Communication Technology. Ellenbrook Christian College is well-resourced with regards to the integration of technology into the classroom and the development of 21st Century Skills.

As a College, we understand education to be about growth and development; as a community, it is our responsibility to enable this to occur.
