ECC Students at WA Golf Championships

Found in: News

On Monday 30th May, six students from Ellenbrook Christian college competed in the Western Australian Secondary Schools Golf Championships. There were over 110 competitors from various schools across WA.

Our students competed as a senior team (Years 10-12):

Declan H

Seth O and

Angus R

and junior team (Years 7-9):

Adam B

Luke H and

Trafford W,

as well competitng as individuals.

It was a long, cold day with a very early start but the students, as always, did us and themselves proud.

Trafford W and Angus R were each the runner up for their respective age groups, and the junior team finished in 3rd place overall.

Further more, the State team for 2016 (6 boys from WA) was announced with Adam B selected as a reserve.

For these students golf is a big part of their lives and they work very hard at it. They are all part of the Golf Academy at ECC and are members at The Vines. Congratulations to all the students involved!
