Secondary School
The Ellenbrook Christian College Secondary School focuses on developing the foundations that have already been built in Primary School and providing support in the transition to the Secondary School.
We aim to develop the whole child socially, emotionally and academically through a Christ-Centred education, preparing students for the challenges of life beyond school.
At Ellenbrook Christian College, we have an extensive offering of subjects for students. These help shape their unique learning journeys to prepare a foundation for success in their careers.
Our students join the community of Ellenbrook, Aveley, Bullsbrook and the surrounding suburbs and encourage students to continuously strive for personal excellence through fostering a strong sense of community by partnering with families.
Through our personalised Pastoral Support Program, we challenge students to become leaders in society.
Teaching & Learning
Throughout the Secondary School journey, students are guided through particular phases of learning that have been created to provide a framework to teach the Western Australian curriculum, focussing not just on content but on the developmental needs of each student.
Through innovative, engaging and personalised teaching practices, our passionate staff inspire their students to achieve personal excellence in all learning areas.
In the senior years, students are exposed to a variety of courses and each student’s learning journey is personalised according to their unique needs. Our students have the option of following ATAR pathways, General pathways or a Trade pathway through the extensive trade training program.
